Bracelet Care Guide
How to Care for Your Bracelet
Your Essence Elite bracelet is handcrafted with premium stones and materials. With proper care, it will remain beautiful for years to come.
When to Remove Your Bracelet
- Washing dishes – Remove your bracelet before washing dishes. Prolonged exposure to hot water and dish soap can weaken the elastic cord and dull the stones.
- Showering – Take your bracelet off before showering. Steam, soap, and shampoo can affect the integrity of the cord and the natural finish of lava stones and crystals.
- Swimming – Always remove your bracelet before swimming in pools, the ocean, or hot tubs. Chlorine and saltwater can damage the stones and cord over time.
- Exercising – Sweat and friction can wear down the elastic and affect the stones, so we recommend removing your bracelet before intense workouts.
- Sleeping – To extend the life of your bracelet, avoid wearing it to bed to prevent unnecessary stretching of the cord.
Cleaning Your Bracelet
- Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth to remove oils and dust.
- For lava beads, use a slightly damp cloth and allow to air dry completely before wearing.
- Avoid harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, or steam cleaning.
Storing Your Bracelet
- Store in the pouch or box provided to prevent scratching and tangling.
- Keep away from direct sunlight and extreme heat or cold.
- Store separately from other jewelry to avoid stone damage.
Using Essential Oils on Lava Beads
Your lava stone beads are naturally porous, making them perfect for use as a personal aromatherapy diffuser. Simply add 1–2 drops of your favorite essential oil directly onto the lava beads and allow them to absorb for a few minutes before wearing. The scent will gently diffuse throughout the day.
We recommend using 100% pure essential oils for the best experience. Popular choices include lavender, eucalyptus, and frankincense.
